This project is a 1-200 ton biomass pellet silo built by Guangdong Jiabao Conveying Machinery Co., Ltd. in Guangdong Foshan Caihui Textile Group. It was constructed by our Shandong Shelley Grain Steel Silo Co., Ltd. This project is a 5.5m*10-ring steel silo with a TDTG50/23, 29m high elevator, without a grain unloading pit. The incoming materials are transported to the elevator loading port by the auger, and the outgoing materials are transported to the biomass boiler by the auger. Considering that there are many typhoons in Guangdong, wind-resistant rings are added in and on the silo to increase the stability and wind resistance of the silo.

Shelley steel silo is now widely used in feed mills, flour mills, grain processing, grain trade, national grain depots, breweries and other grain storage enterprises. It can also be used for the storage of pellets, such as bio-pellets, plastic pellets, broken glass and other industries. It has the advantages of wide application, high cost performance and high degree of mechanization.

The silo roof cover is made of δ1.0mm hot-dip galvanized plate, and domestic high-quality hot-dip galvanized plate is selected. Ventilation windows, manholes, and ladders are set on the silo roof. The silo roof is sealed with aviation glue and waterproof washers, and safety guardrails are set around the silo eave.
Silo: The silo wall material is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized coils from large steel mills. The double-sided galvanizing amount is 275g/㎡, and the final galvanized coating presents a continuous, smooth and uniform effect. The corrugated plate adopts automatic punching; the joints of the silo are sealed with aviation-grade waterproof adhesive strips; the columns and silo walls are connected with high-strength bolts with specially customized anti-oxidation films and special coatings.
According to the owner's requirements, a 4-meter-high steel frame was built at the bottom of the warehouse to place the auger for unloading the silo and facilitate maintenance and other operations.
Delivery and installation services
This project was designed and processed by Shelley and shipped to the project site of Caihui Textile Group in Foshan, Guangdong through logistics. The installation personnel will be sent to the project site to unload the truck and complete the installation and commissioning of the project. After installing our equipment, we assisted the owner to dismantle the 6 old augers and helped to install them. With the joint cooperation Jiabao Machinery Company, Caihui Textile Company, and Shelley company, the project was successfully installed. This project has been well received by the owners Caihui Textile Company and Jiabao Conveying Equipment Company, and Shelley company and the on-site engineers have been highly praised.
