We help him solve this question, we add one vibrating discharger under the 500t silo, after we finished the silo installation, the customer let the engineer stay four more days, because he wants to run the silo, check if the silo can work well. In this case, our engineer stay there to company the customer operate the silo system four days, feed pellets can discharge well from the silo;

But after four days, our engineer still not come back to China;
Since we ship of his silo, he called us, about his friend’s silo system, one elevator was broken, he needs one new elevator, we make a design and offer in the most short time and send the elevator to Australia, so the two engineers goes to his friend’s site to install the elevator;
