TSE grain silo Co. Is constructing one new grain silos in Canada, this silo project is one complete cereal storage silo system solution, the silo project is mainly used for paddy storage, customer also use these silos store maize, wheat.

Canada grain silo system include 4 sets 550m3 silos with hopper bottom, unit grain silo diameter is 7.3m, total silo height is 17.48m with 10rings hot-dip galvanized steel sheets;

These grain storage silos adopt outside stiffeners structure, silo stiffeners are made of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, silo sheets thickness from top to the bottom is thicker and thicker;

On silo body, there are two platforms, one platform close to the bottom is the door platform, the other one silo platform is rest platform, workers can rest on the platform when he climb to the silo roof, this is one humanized design from TSE Grain Silo Co. Engineer;

Except the silo, this silo system include 200t/h grain bucket elevator which feed into the 4 sets cone bottom steel silos, one drag conveyor on the silos roof, one Canada standard catwalk and one double-way drag chain conveyor under the 45degree hopper bottom grain silos;

In the end of July, all the steel silo and handling equipment parts will be finished and start run.
