This project is a 3-5000 ton corn silo supporting equipment project built in Venezuela. The project adopts advanced steel plate silo complete equipment storage solution, which saves land area, helps customers solve the complex labor problem, reduces the number of workers, and realizes the automated management and transportation of materials from storage, transportation, and production. It solves the customer's pain points and brings long-term benefits to the company.
3-5000 ton corn silos: the grain is transported to the elevator through the grain unloading pit, and then passes through the flow scale, permanent permanent magnetic separator, and primary cleaning screen in turn. The elevator then transports the grain to the top, and cooperates with the electric tee to transport the grain to the three silos respectively. The flat bottom steel silo is equipped with ventilation and temperature measuring devices, which can detect the temperature and humidity changes of the grain in the silo in real time to achieve the role of safe grain storage. When the grain is discharging from the silo, it passes through the drag conveyor at the bottom of the silo, and finally the elevator will transport the grain out.

Flat bottom steel silo roof cover is δ1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet, made of domestic high-quality hot-dip galvanized sheet. Natural ventilation windows, manholes and ladders are set on the silo roof. The silo roof is sealed with aviation mastic and waterproof gaskets, and safety guardrails are set around the silo eaves.
Silo: The wall material is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized coils from large steel mills. The double-sided galvanizing amount is 275g/㎡, and the final galvanized layer is continuous, smooth and uniform. The corrugated plate is punched. The joints of the silo plates are sealed with aviation waterproof mastic strips; the columns and flat bottom steel silo walls are connected with high-strength special customized anti-oxidation film special coating bolts.
After the project was processed in our factory, it was shipped to client’s site through logistics. After the goods arrived at the site, installation personnel would be sent to the project site to unload the truck and complete the installation and commissioning of the project.
