This project is a project to build 2-300 ton barley, wheat and rapeseed silos and drying equipment in Outer Mongolia. The project adopts advanced steel silo complete equipment storage solutions, saving land area, reducing the number of workers, and realizing the automated management and transportation of materials from storage, transportation, drying, and production, solving customers' pain points and bringing long-term benefits to the company.
2-300 ton cone bottom steel silo are divided into two lines for transportation. One line is to transport dry grain to the cleaning screen via a screw conveyor, and then the screw conveyor directly transports the grain to the steel silo (provided by the customer). The other line is to transport wet grain to the drying tower through a screw conveyor, and then lift it to the steel silo by the elevator, and then the drag conveyor at the bottom of the silo completes the cycle drying, or the screw conveyor at the bottom completes the silo exit process. At the same time, the silo is equipped with ventilation and temperature measuring devices, which can detect the temperature and humidity changes of the grain in the silo in real time to achieve the purpose of safe grain storage. When the grain is out of the silo, the drag conveyor at the bottom of the silo transports the grain to the designated location.

The silo roof cover is made of δ1.0mm hot-dip galvanized plate, and domestic high-quality hot-dip galvanized plate is selected. Ventilation windows, manholes, and ladders are set on the silo roof. The silo roof is sealed with aviation glue and waterproof washers, and safety guardrails are set around the silo eaves.
Silo: The silo wall material is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized coils from large steel mills. The double-sided galvanizing amount is 275g/㎡, and the final galvanized coating presents a continuous, smooth and uniform effect. The corrugated plate adopts automatic punching; the joints of the silo are sealed with aviation-grade waterproof adhesive strips; the columns and silo walls are connected with high-strength bolts with specially customized anti-oxidation films and special coatings.
The cone bottom steel silo is made entirely of steel structural parts, which is easy to discharge.
After the project was processed in our factory, it was shipped to client’s site through logistics. After the goods arrived at the site, installation personnel would be sent to the project site to unload the truck and complete the installation and commissioning of the project.
