With the expansion of grain cultivation in the Datong area, the pressure on post-harvest grain drying and storage has continued to increase. Traditional grain storage methods have problems such as insufficient storage capacity, inadequate drying capacity, and high grain losses, which have constrained the development of the company's grain purchasing, storage, and operations.
To address the shortcomings in post-harvest grain handling, Datong Wanxing Agriculture implemented this grain storage and drying project. The project includes the construction of 1×500T paddy silo and 2×2000T corn silos, together with supporting grain drying facilities, forming an integrated system for grain receiving, drying, and storage.
After completion, the project will significantly increase the storage capacity for grains and corn, enable mechanized grain drying and safe, enclosed storage, reduce grain losses, improve the efficiency of grain receiving and storage turnover, and strengthen the company's grain supply capacity. It will also contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of the local grain industry. Therefore, the construction of this project is highly necessary.
This project includes a grain drying center and grain storage facilities. After drying, grains such as millet, sorghum, wheat, and corn can be transported to the storage facilities for storage. The conveyor system can also directly transfer the dried grain into the steel silos for storage and transfer. After storage, the grain can be screened and loaded for transportation.
The project integrates the entire grain handling process, including harvesting, transportation, cleaning, drying, storage, transfer, and even processing. The entire process is highly automated, electrically controlled, and mechanized.
Upon completion, this project will become a benchmark for the development of modern agricultural industry in Laixi City.
The silo design for this project is simple, elegant, and practical.

This project was designed and manufactured by TSE SILO Factory and transported by logistics to the Datong Wanxing Agriculture project site. Our company dispatched installation personnel to the project site to unload the equipment and complete the installation and commissioning of the project.
