When the incoming material on site is corn, the bulk truck can directly put the bulk corn into the unloading pit on site. The corn is lifted by a elevator to a three-layer vibrating screen, which removes large and small impurities from the corn. The clean corn is then stored inside the silo through a magnetic separator. Users can choose to regularly check the temperature changes inside the silo based on the storage time of the corn, and when the temperature and humidity inside the silo are too high, The temperature and humidity data will be alarmed through the control panel of the electric control cabinet. Customers can choose to turn on the ventilation equipment at the bottom of the silo for cooling treatment. They can also use the reverse function designed for customers to turn on the reverse scraper and import the grain stored in silo 1 into silo 2, ensuring the time and quality of grain storage and avoiding the occurrence of mold and clumping.

Finally, through the electrical control cabinet in the workshop control room, the electric gate at the bottom of the silo, the feeding elevator, and the workshop scraper conveyor are controlled to achieve effective linkage with the feed workshop storage bin, reducing 2-4 manual labor and effectively reducing customer storage and labor management costs.

  

Introduction to main equipment parameters:
1. Two φ8.2m steel silos with a volume of 888m³ can store more than 600 tons of corn. The silo body is made of 270g/square double-sided galvanized sheet and is integrally formed by mechanical rolling. There are 13 silo layers in total, and the height of each layer is 1.12m. , all-steel cone bottom structure, the cone bottom angle is designed according to the 45° standard, and the material is discharged cleanly. The column legs are made of 18 national standard H-shaped steels with tie bars between the column legs.

There are three 2.50/28 model elevators, with a conveying output of up to 50-60 tons per hour. The bucket elevator has a plexiglass observation window, a squirrel-cage tail wheel, and the belt prevents deviation and slippage. The three elevators are also equipped with anti-return devices. . The fuselage is equipped with explosion-proof windows to effectively ensure safe use. The surface of the cylinder is galvanized to reduce later use and maintenance costs.

3.
