the conveying equipment of this project is a 30t/h vertical conveying equipment. the wheat is conveyed to the vibrating cleaner by the bucket elevator at the unloading pit. the vibrating cleaner removes the large impurities and small impurities in the wheat, and the clean wheat flows into the bucket elevator used enter the silo. the bucket elevator conveys the wheat to different steel silos through the opening and closing of the electric tee at the head .

bucket elevator specifications:
the bucket elevator has a head wheel diameter of 500mm and a bucket width of 230mm.there is rubber attached on the head wheel,and the high density anti-wearing materials is fixed inside the machine head. using the high level quality motor and gear box,pvc belt,hdpe buckets.there are anti-explosion opening at the machine head,tube and booth.so during the transportation of the grain, dust and the small powder will not increase the explosion. the special production technolgy are used for the elevator tube, it is the biting type tube, very well at water proof quality.there is the cage type booth wheel, so it can stop the belt from slipping. there is the non-return device fixed on the elevator, so once the power cuts off suddenly,the elevator buckets will not return to the bottom.

the bucket elevator must be installed vertically, and the error between the installation straight line and the vertical line shall not exceed 15mm; after installation, it shall be tightened and positioned so as not to cause displacement. strictly abide by the bucket elevator start-up and stop procedures. the material supply cannot be started before, and cannot be greater than the lifting capacity of the bucket elevator, and no large pieces of material should fall into the machine base to cause the bucket to jam.
