This project is a pet feed factory project for dogs and cats in Hengshui, Hebei. On-site Investigation
At the beginning of the project launch, our technical personnel conducted preliminary on-site inspections and found that the on-site situation was complex, with underground pipelines crisscrossing. Due to various factors such as the requirements for fire exits in the factory area and the reserved space for the construction of the second phase factory building, the space for silo construction is limited. But our technical personnel have overcome numerous difficulties and created greater possibilities by meeting various requirements.

Project Workflow
This project is a 1-500T conical bottom steel plate silo, which uses two sides of unloading grates for load-bearing. The process of entering and exiting the silo is as follows: The grain is transported to the elevator through the drag conveyor at the bottom of the unloading pit, and the elevator lifts the grain into the pre-cleaner sieve. After the cleaner clears the impurities in the grain, the grain is lifted into the silo through the elevator in front of the silo. The conical bottom steel plate silo, in conjunction with the opening and closing of the silo bottom gate, is used to transport grain to the elevator through a drag conveyor. The elevator lifts the grain and transports it into the workshop for processing through an overhead drag conveyor.

Specific parameters of steel plate silo
The 500T steel plate silo has a volume of 710m³, a diameter of 8.2 meters, 10 layers, a height of 16.2 meters, and a total height of 18.3 meters; The cone top angle of the steel plate silo is 25°. All galvanized plates are made of high-quality domestic galvanized steel plates, with a zinc coating of 275g/㎡. The top of the conical bottom steel plate silo includes guardrails, manholes, natural ventilation windows, and a simple ladder on the top of the silo; The conical bottom steel plate silo barrel includes internal and external ladders, silo doors, silo door platforms. The bottom plate, ring beam, tie bars and column base of the silo are spray painted.

Foundation Construction
After the contract is signed, the company will carry out basic design according to the agreed time in the contract, and coordinate with the construction personnel for drawing review. Afterwards, the on-site basic construction situation will be monitored in real-time, and technical personnel will be dispatched to set out and locate the complex site. The construction progress and key node construction situation will be followed up at any time to prevent any potential problems.
