The silos project is a complete set system of 1-1000T and 3-5000T.The steel silos are equipped with ventilation system and the temperature measuring system to ensure the safe storage of corn.

The Hopper Bottom Silo project is optimized for intelligent operation, anti-crushing and other aspects. It is composed of 1 set 1000T wet silo and 3 sets 5000 ton silo, with supporting lifting equipment, conveying equipment, cleaning and dust removal system, metal removal device, ventilation system, intelligent disk storage system, anti-fall equipment and intelligent electronic control PLC system.

The project process design is introduced as follows: according to the customer's design requirements, the silo loading can be divided into two ways:1.Unload the wet grain into the drying tower,after cleaning transport into 3 sets 5000T dry silo; 2.After unloading the dry grain, it is transferred directly from the conveying equipment to the dryer tower,after grains out tower,then to the cleaning machine. After cleaning, it enters the 3 sets 5000T dry silos. When finished grain loading, in order to achieve the purpose of long-term safe storage, in this project,we add the function of reverse storage, to achieve the role of safe grain storage. When the grain out of the silos, the bottom drag conveyor will transport grains out from silos to the designated position, then grain discharge is complete.

The 1-1000T and 3-5000T silos are mainly used for corn,wheat,paddy rice etc grain and other granular materials storage.It has the advantages of high degree of mechanization and long service life etc.

The Silos top are matched with natural ventilation windows, manholes,ladder,and is sealed with aviation cement and waterproof gasket,and the safety guardrail is arranged around the silo eaves.                                   

Silo body:silo body is made of the high quality hot dip galvanized steel coils of the large steel mills.Double-sided galvanized zinc quantity of 275g/㎡. The final finished galvanized layer is continuous, smooth, uniform, corrugated plate is using punching form. The silos plate joints are sealed with aviation waterproof cement strips. Column: The main function is to increase the earthquake resistance, resistance to lateral, vertical load capacity, increase the vertical stability of the silos; The outer column and silos wall are connected with high-strength specially customized Dello galvanized bolts.

The silo project is simple, atmospheric and practical. This project realized the mechanization of grain loading and discharge,saving labor costs.
