5 sets bulk grain storage steel silos with different volumes for a distillery in Shanxi Province
The customer of this project is engaged in wine-making production, and customized 5 steel silos with different volumes to store different bulk grain materials. Because the silos have different volumes, in order to share a set of conveying equipment, we adjusted the diameter and height of the steel silos to ensure that 5 silos with different volumes can be at the same height, allowing the materials to share one bucket elevator and drag chain conveyor as loading equipment.

This complete silos project includes transportation and conveying equipment, ventilation system, and grain temperature monitoring system. The conveying equipment and steel silo body surface are all galvanized to prevent rust. The steel silo body is made of 275g/㎡ double-sided galvanized sheet Assembled, all the bolts of the silo body are made of high-strength Dacromet galvanized bolts of grade 10.9 and grade 8.8, and the service life of the steel silo is more than 25 years. The silo scheme of this project is simple, atmospheric and practical. Realized the mechanized entry and exit of grain into and out of the silo, saving labor costs.

Delivery and installation service
After the processing of this project in the factory workshop is completed, it will be shipped to the project site through logistics. After the goods arrive at the site, we TSE sent installation personnel to the project site to unload the truck and complete the installation and commissioning of the project.
