2-500T Hopper Steel Silos in Qianjiang City Hubei Province Finished Installation
The project is 2 sets 500T hopper steel silos for sorghum,process flow is bulk sorghum conveyed from dumping pit into bucket elevator,then to the 3 way out electric distributor of silo top,and through the distributor ,grains are transported into different silos.
The steel silo are matched with temperature monitoring system and ventilation system,this can effectively increase the storage time of sorghum.

500T hopper steel silo volume:708m3,diameter:8.2m,silo body height: 11.2m,total height:18.48m,silo top angle:25 degree,silo top cover plate is theδ1.0mm thickness high quality domestic hot dip galvanized steel sheets.zinc coated is 275g/㎡.
Silos top are matched with guardrail,manholes,natural ventilation windows,simple climbing ladder,ladder.Silo body include inner and outer ladder,silo door and door platform.Silo hopper includes silo hopper bottom plate,ring beams,stretching and painting columns foot.
