The project workflow is as follows:

The wet corn is fed into the bucket elevator through the drag conveyor at the bottom of the grain discharge pit, and the elevator will transport the corn to the double-drum pre cleaner. After the double-drum pre cleaner to clean the large and small corn in the corn, combined with the operation of the bucket elevator before the wet grain temporarily deposited, the cleaning corn is temporarily stored in the steel plate silo.

When the corn needs to be dried, the operator receives the transmission signal from the drying equipment through the PLC intelligent control system, and automatically opens the electric gate at the bottom of the temporary storage bin and the belt conveyor under the bin to transport the grain to the drying equipment.
