1. When discharging grain silos, turn on the conveyor and then open the gate under the silo.
2. According to the output volume of the steel silo material, adjust the opening volume of the manual plug valve under the steel silo. But don't open it too much. If the output volume is too large, it may block the output port.
3. If it is a steel silo design with multiple discharge ports, then we can only open it after it is completely unloaded in the center of the steel silo to ensure that the surrounding materials can be unloaded smoothly. At the same time, when opening, you must first open the two corresponding ones on both sides, and then slowly open them to the steel silo, so as to ensure that the flow of the two discharge ports on both sides can be kept equal.
4. When discharging the grain silo, the vents on the top of the steel silo must be opened in the middle process to prevent dust explosion accidents.
5. After the material is unloaded, the internal hygiene of the steel silo must be cleaned to ensure convenient use next time.

5. When there are a large number of steel silos and the operation is complicated. A working tower should be set up; when there are a small number of steel silos and the operation is simple, a working tower may not be set up, and a lifting tower may be used to directly send the materials into the warehouse through a matching plate or a sliding pipe.
6. The process design should be determined after technical and economic comparison based on the total storage capacity, use function, operation requirements, and material entry and exit methods of the steel silo.
