This project is a project of 2-1000 ton corn silos, 2-200 ton corn silos, 1-120 ton soybean meal silo and supporting equipment built by Zhejiang Bobi Import and Export Company in Cameroon. The 2-1000 ton corn silos in this project provide storage services for starch processing plants, and the 2-200 ton corn silos and 1- 120 ton soybean meal silo provide storage services for new feed plants. The completion of this project broke the traditional ton bag or room-type storage model in the country, and adopted advanced steel plate silo complete equipment storage solutions, which effectively utilized warehouse land, saved land area, reduced environmental pollution during the storage of feed, and helped customers solve the complex labor problems and reduce the number of workers. It also realized the automated management and transportation of materials from storage, transportation to production, and solved customers' pain points in one stop, bringing long-term benefits to the company.
The project workflow is as follows:
2-1,000 ton corn silos, 2-200 ton corn silos, and 1-120 ton soybean meal silo are arranged in an L shape, with the tower set in the center. The grain is transported to the elevator through the grain unloading pit, and the elevator transports the grain to the top. With the electric distributor, the grain is transported to two rows of steel silos respectively. The silos are equipped with ventilation and temperature measuring devices, which can detect the temperature and humidity changes of the grain in the silos in real time to achieve the purpose of safe grain storage. When the grain is out of the silo, the drag conveyor at the bottom of the silo transports the grain to the designated location.

Steel Silo Parameters:
1000 ton and 200 ton hopper bottom steel silos are mainly used to store corn, wheat, rice and other granular materials. They have the advantages of high mechanization and long service life.
120T soybean meal cone-bottom steel silos are mainly used to store soybean meal. The steel cone-bottom silo has the characteristics of fast turnover and convenient discharging. It is equipped with a four-axis auger to discharging. Through the forward and reverse flipping of multiple axes, the material is stirred to achieve the effect of breaking the trough, ensuring that the meal silo can be discharged faster.

The silo roof cover is made of δ1.0mm hot-dip galvanized plate, and domestic high-quality hot-dip galvanized plate is selected. Ventilation windows, manholes, and ladders are set on the silo roof. The silo roof is sealed with aviation adhesive and waterproof washers, and safety guardrails are set around the silo eave.
Silo: The silo wall material is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized coils from large steel mills. The double-sided galvanizing amount is 275g/㎡, and the final galvanized coating presents a continuous, smooth and uniform effect. The corrugated plate adopts automatic punching; the joints of the silo are sealed with aviation-grade waterproof adhesive strips; the columns and silo walls are connected with high-strength bolts with specially customized anti-oxidation films and special coatings.
The hopper bottom of the silo is made entirely of steel structural parts, which is easy to discharge.
Shipping and installation services
After the project was processed in our factory, it was shipped to client’s site through logistics. After the goods arrived at the site, installation personnel would be sent to the project site to unload the truck and complete the installation and commissioning of the project. With the cooperation of both parties, the project was successfully installed and received praise from our client, who gave high praise our company and our on-site engineers.
