Cone-Bottom Steel Silo

1: High-pressure water rust removal method

Process: This method implements the impact function process of high-pressure water, which is equivalent to all aspects, and there is no need to climb the steel silo. Rust removal can be achieved at a certain distance. Therefore, it should be understood that ordinary water cannot achieve the effect of rust removal. It should be necessary to add special designed materials to clean water. When the water containing the raw material is injected at high pressure, the wear-resistant function of the raw material will be exerted to grind off the rust on the steel plate.

Advantages: High-pressure water injection has no dust pollution and is not easy to damage other parts of the steel plate. And due to the function of the raw material, the speed of rust removal of the steel plate can be greatly improved.

2: Dynamic rust removal method

Process: Dynamic rust removal can be implemented with small wind power or motorized methods. Parts equipped with rust removal devices, such as wind wheels, steel wires, etc., can be used to remove rust from rusted parts of the warehouse body. Suitable rust removal devices include wire brushes, rotary rust removers, and rust hammers. Rust removal can be performed on rusted areas that are slightly smaller than the rusted surface, or even on areas that feel broken.

Advantages: Semi-mechanized operation also improves the speed of work, saves manpower and material resources, and is flexible and light. Since it is a strong rust removal, the rust removal is quite complete.

Note: Learn the power device well, maintain a horizontal position during operation, and avoid shaking. When the strength is too low, it cannot achieve the effect of removing the electrolytic skin on the rusted parts of the warehouse body, so it is necessary to understand the problem of operating position. After a long time, the anti-rust paint on the outside of the steel plate warehouse will be lost, causing the steel plate to be exposed to the air, wind and rain plus chemical reactions, and the steel plate will rust.
