The event officially kicked off amidst a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere. First on the agenda was the highly anticipated awards ceremony, as wave after wave of outstanding Shelley team members took the stage to receive their well-deserved honors.
The "Shelley Veteran Employee Recognition" took center stage first, honoring several long-serving staff members who have dedicated themselves diligently and steadfastly to their roles for many years. Like the most solid cornerstones of a granary, they have used the passage of time to define the true meaning of responsibility and loyalty. During the "Production Innovation Awards" segment, numerous teams and individuals—who had proposed outstanding solutions regarding production processes and technological advancements—were duly honored; their ingenuity and practical application have enabled Shelley’s "granary" to achieve even greater output efficiency. At the same time, Shelley remains mindful of the partners who journey alongside it; the "Excellence in Partnership Awards" conveyed the company’s most sincere gratitude to strategic partners who have long provided unwavering support and exceptional collaboration, thereby embodying Shelley’s philosophy of open and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Since establishing the "Xuelai Education Fund" in 2025, the company has consistently invested substantial resources to support the educational development of employees' children and to fund specific student aid initiatives.
