The SouthAfrica silo project is 5 sets 1250t cone silos, the silo with 11.0m diameter, 14rings, 1749m3, this silo is difference from the normal cone silo, for normal hopper silo, under the silo bottom, there is one circle steel legs, for this max. Capacity hopper steel silo, under the silo bottom, there are two circles steel legs support the whole silo; And the steel legs are made of hot-dip galvanized H-beam;
Our South Africa customer want to build one 6000t silo system for wheat, maize, sorghum, soybean storage, we make three turnkey silo system solution for this customer to choose, 6 sets 1000t silos, 2 sets 3-1000t silos, and 5 sets 1250t silos. After the customer visited us, we discuss all details face-to-face, finally, our customer choose this silo solution;
In this turnkey silo project, there is one small hopper silo as the temporary discharging silo on the platform, it’s one 50ton hopper silo, truck under the platform receive the grain from the small silo tank directly;
Before storage, grain need to clean, there are pre-cleaner and vibrating screen cleaner in this silo system, clean different grains, pre-cleaner used for cleaning maize, soybean etc. big size grain, vibrating screen cleaner used for cleaning wheat, sorghum etc. Small size grain, meanwhile, we add the pulse dust collector, Cyclone, suction fan, remove the dust during the grain processing;
