This silo project built in Vietnam, it’s used for paddy/rice storage;
There are four sets 250t silos in this silo project, include the cleaning system, insulation system, cooling system, ventilation system, temperature monitoring system, electric control system;
In very hot or very cold area, if you want to store paddy/rice, insulated corrugated steel silo is a good choose for customer;
In hot area, ventilation was carried out in winter to lower grain temperature, and the silo was sealed and insulated heat before atmospheric temperature had gone up again.
In cold area, the insulated silo will keep a suitable temperature inside the silo;
The silo insulation with two layers, except the silo galvanized sheets, there are Thermal insulation board ( rock wool plate) in the middle layer, and color plate outside.
In order to keep the paddy/rice in a good quality when storage, we also add the cooling machine,
Whole silo with good seal, when temperature is very high, the cooling system will start work, make the temperature down in the silo;
